Program Rules & Terms
To ensure a smooth experience for both resellers and customers, all participants must comply with the following rules:
1. Advance Payment Policy
All domain registrations, renewals, transfers, and related services must be paid in full before processing.
2. Customer Management
Resellers are responsible for managing their own customers, including sales, billing, and first-level support.
3. Accurate Information
All domain registrations must contain accurate and valid registrant information. Providing false information may lead to suspension or cancellation.
4. Abuse Prevention
Domains involved in spam, phishing, malware distribution, fraud, illegal activities, or abuse complaints may be suspended immediately without prior notice.
5. Renewal Responsibility
Resellers are responsible for informing customers about domain expiration dates and renewal requirements.
6. Trademark Compliance
It is the reseller’s responsibility to ensure that domain registrations do not infringe upon trademarks, copyrights, or applicable laws.
7. Pricing Updates
ItNexBD reserves the right to modify reseller pricing at any time based on registry pricing, supplier costs, or market conditions.
8. Service Availability
While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, ItNexBD cannot guarantee 100% availability due to factors beyond our control, including registry maintenance and third-party outages.
9. Account Suspension
Any reseller found violating these terms or engaging in activities that may harm ItNexBD, its customers, or its reputation may have their reseller privileges suspended or terminated.
10. Policy Changes
These terms and conditions may be updated at any time. Continued participation in the program indicates acceptance of the latest version.
11. Minimum Monthly Sales Requirement
To maintain active reseller status, each reseller is expected to generate at least 5 domain registrations, renewals, or transfers per month.
